Legacy Overland's 1982 Land Cruiser is becoming a media star

It's been quite a journey since we started working on our beloved 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40. From its two-decade life as an off-roader in family trips to the months it spent in our garage, under the attentive and meticulous care of our experienced mechanics and upholsterers, this iconic 4x4 has emerged from an in-depth frame-off restauration to become a media star.

The Gentleman Racer acknowledges its “timeless rugged style” and confirms BJ40s and FJ40s are perfect for conquering all terrains, “from the jungles of Indonesia to the deserts of Africa the Land Cruiser”.

On its part, Hi Consumption considers our beautiful olive-colored masterpiece a car for all seasons. After all, “Spring in full swing, Summer right around the corner, and Fall within earshot”, so “the outdoors are calling”.

If you ask Prodigal, at Legacy Overland we managed to fulfill our vision of creating beautiful things, by coming up with this “marvelous olive-colored, convertible Land Cruiser BJ40”.

Did you fall in love with our off-roader distinct visuals? You’re not alone. Stupid Dope mentions our “exception design” and highlights the “rocking stunning attention to detail which was overhauled before hitting the auction block”. Don’t forget to drop by. It’s your chance to take home a superstar!
